Shipping Information

• Orders typically ship within 2 business days 

• Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons 

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange your item(s).

Return Window

• For online orders, you have 14 calendar days from your delivery date or pick-up date to initiate a return.
• For in-store purchases, you have 14 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.
• After 14 calendar days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

1. Be unused and in its original condition with tags attached (where applicable)
2. Be in its original packaging
3. Have a receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions

• Perishable and edible items (e.g. food coloring, icing, chocolates, luster dust, sprinkles, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Upon return or exchange, items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except when receiving in-store credit

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return
2. Ship the item back to us at your expense
3. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Options

• Full refund to the original payment method (minus 20% restocking fee)

• Store credit (Does not expire. Restocking fee does not apply)

Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for return shipping costs • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
