• Sugar sheets are available in many sizes from 1.25 in pre-cut circles to 3 in pre-cut circles.
• Available in a quarter sheet and half sheet, 8-inch circle, and 10-inch circle
• You can also have a custom size made to fit your needs
• Food coloring is used to print on frosted sheets and can be used in most printers
• Edible Image Icing Sheets are layers of icing that are pressed thinly onto baking sheets.
• They are quite a flexible material, and much less transparent.
• Ingredients are generally derived from tapioca or cornstarch, with added sugar and gums.
