• Use to add texture and intricate patterns to rolled icing, such as Sugar paste, modelling paste, gum paste, modelling chocolate, and marzipan.
• Roll over the top with your rolling pin or spread melted candy buttons over the surface to achieve a different finish to any project.
• Impression mats can be cut to size, used on either side to emboss or raise the pattern in your paste. They are flexible, strong, and easy to wash.
